 Robin Hoeflinger
Robin Hoeflinger has been in the Pet/Feed Industry since 1976. She managed a bird store in 1980 while she attended Cal Poly Pomona where she received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology.
She opened her own pet store and then decided to work for a tropical fish wholesaler for 13 years in which she sold fish to many Southern California pet stores. She has enjoyed working for Star Milling Co. since 1995 as a sales representative.
Robin works with her sales team to bring innovation to the company. Her favorite thing to do is to go on outings with her husband and 2 young girls.

 Stacy Kuhns
Stacy has worked for Star Milling since March, 1992. She has been involved in the agriculture industry since 1978. She has been a 4H leader in Riverside County. Her specialty is horses, cattle, pigs, and conducting seminars. On her off hours she enjoys riding horses and fishing. Stacy is currently involved with local unit of Backcountry Horseman of California.
Stacy joined CSHA Trail Trial Program and won the novice division in Sept 2009 with her horse, Joe. She is actively riding with the ACTHA American Competitive Trail Horse Association. She is also working putting miles on her BLM mustang to make him a great trail horse. |
Iva Gaglione
Iva has been employed with Star Milling Co since 2002 as the Aquaculture Feed Sales Representative for both private pond & lake owners and commercial food fish accounts.
Since becoming employed by Star Milling Co, Iva provides nutritional services to a wide variety of fish farms, including shrimp, trout, koi, goldfish and other ornamental type fish.
Iva is a director with the California Aquaculture Association, an association Star Milling Co. proudly sponsors and supports.
Iva’s love of animals has involved her in a wide range of livestock and the related industry including animal husbandry, feed nutrition, and the manufacturing of quality feeds over the years. For the past eight years Iva has been raising South African Boer goats for both market and show breeding stock.
Iva is very much committed to service and integrity and prides herself in providing such. |
 Barbara L Russell
Barbara L Russell is our Arizona Sales Manager. Since 1987, Barbara has breed and raised AQHA, APHA horses along with registered polled Hereford cattle. In 2003 Barbara left the cold winters of Bend Oregon behind and settled outside Wickenburg Arizona. Prior to her residences there, Barbara has enjoyed working cow horses, team penning, sorting and gathering on big ranches across the Western US.
Barbara is an avid collector of western memorabilia and has ridden in parades across the western states, taking first place at the Gold Rush Days Parade in Wickenburg Arizona in 2004.
Just northwest of Phoenix, at her Casa Encatanda ranch, she has a few AQHA horses, Pygmy goats, several good ranch dogs and a few beloved chickens. For several years Barbara has been in the livestock feed business in AZ. Recognizing their superior product lines and commitment to quality, Barbara joined the Star Milling Co. family in February 2011. |
