Robin Hoeflinger

Robin Hoeflinger has been in the Pet/Feed Industry since 1976. She managed a bird store in 1980 while she attended Cal Poly Pomona where she received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology. Robin opened her own pet store and then decided to work for a tropical fish wholesaler for 13 years in which she sold fish to many Southern California pet stores. She has enjoyed working for Star Milling Co. for 8 years as a sales representative. Robin and has recently been offered the Sales Manager’s position where she looks forward to working with her sale’s team to bring innovation to the company. Her favorite thing to do is to go on outings with her husband and 2 young girls.


Stacy Kuhn

Stacy has worked for  Star Milling for over 13 years. She been involved in the agriculture industry since 1978 and currently volunteers time at a local large animal vet hospital. She has been a 4h leader in Riverside County with her specialty being cattle, horses and seminars. On her off hours she enjoy riding horses and fishing. Stacy is currently president of a local unit of Backcountry Horseman of California.
Iva Gaglione

Iva has been employed with Star Milling Co since 2002 as Aquaculture Sales Representative for both private pond & lake owners and commercial food fish accounts.

Since becoming employed by Star Milling Co, Iva provides nutritional services to a wide variety of fish farms, including shrimp, trout, koi, goldfish and other ornamental type fish.
Iva is a director with the California Aquaculture Association, an association Star Milling Co. proudly sponsors and supports.

Iva’s love of animals has involved her in a wide range of livestock and the related industry including animal husbandry, feed nutrition, and the manufacturing of quality feeds over the years. For the past eight years Iva has been raising South African Boer goats for both market and show breeding stock.

Iva is very much committed to service and integrity and prides herself in providing such.
Sylvia Imray

Sylvia has a varied background in accounting, customer service, purchasing and sales. She had worked with Star Milling Co., who was her customer while employed by a vitamin mineral premix manufacturer. She then had the opportunity to join Star Milling in 1994 to manage the Customer Service/inside sales department. Her ability to connect with the customer and commitment to excellence in service led to her promotion to outside sales. She currently manages the Riverside/San Bernardino/Orange County territory. She loves the challenge of working with her customers and being a part of the Star Milling sales team.

During her off hours Sylvia loves to go fishing with her family and spend time crafting.

Dr. Robert E. Bray

Dr. Bray is Star Milling’s Equine Nutritionist who formulated and developed the horse feed line Integrity. He received his Ph.D. in animal nutrition from the University of Maryland and is a university animal & veterinary sciences professor in southern California. Dr. Bray has more than 35 years experience with horses. In addition to being a professor and nutritional consultant, he has managed horse farms, raised and shown horses, tracked and conducted research with wild horses, packed with horses in the High Sierras and has more than 12 years of experience with zoo animals. Dr. Bray is well published in the sciences for horses and zoo animals, frequently an invited speaker, and has completed two horse books, Equine Nutritional Management which specifically addresses the nutritional management issues of the horse owner as well as for the veterinarian and Horse Management: The Fundamentals, a laboratory and lecture guide manual for beginning horse students. Dr. Bray has served on several animal industry boards and continues to serve as an advisor to several groups in the animal industry.
